Poppy dance Part 1 (STAYC 스테이씨) for ALL, animation from PUBG
- start anim transitions into loop!
- music option (on BGM track, will pause game BGM while emote is playing)
- realistic skirt, tail, and bust physics
- facial expression sequence
- hand positioning will be a off for Lalas due to their head size
- uses IVCS, animated IVCS parts, Miqo'te ear physics

Replaces /balldance (Ball Dance emote, loops)
