Ball Dance - Reward for the quest Help Me, Lord of the Dance (LVL 14, P'molminn in Ul'dah Steps of Nald (10.8,9.8)).
Stepdance Dance - Reward for the quest Good for What Ales You (LVL 14, Dodozan in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (x:7.5, y:12.3)).

How to pose and position the actors?

You can use Anamnesis to position your own character with another player character or a housing NPC, use its Force Animation feature to play the emotes on the characters and Freeze their position before positioning them together
Make sure the actors are same height setting when posing same race and genders, adjust height if different
